Write down all your low quality thoughts on the left side of the page. These are the negative thoughts that are creating negative emotions or vibrations in your body like the tight chest, sick stomach, or neck tension. These are also the thoughts that are stopping you from taking action and making progress towards your goals. How does each of them make you feel when you say them out loud? Just notice and observe. You are witnessing your own brain.
On the right side of the page next to each low quality thought, write a higher quality thought. For example, if your low quality thought is: “I am overweight” the higher quality thought could be, “My body is functioning and useful” or “I accept my body where it is at this moment”. Write a sentence you truly believe and that resonates in your heart. Say your higher quality thought out load. How does this feel in your body? Does it produce a more positive emotion? Notice and witness the difference.
When you find yourself stuck in negativity, know this is part of being human AND that you can stop the cycle.
You can choose to create and focus on the higher quality thoughts that serve you. Choose the beliefs that will get you a step closer to who you want to be and the results you want to have in your life. Practice those beliefs daily.
