Signs You Might Be Out of Alignment

I was reminded recently what it feels like to drive a car that’s out of alignment—and how similar that can feel to living or working out of alignment.

When a car is off, you notice it right away:

- It wanders instead of tracking smoothly

- It feels like it’s resisting you

- It’s less stable, especially at higher speeds

Left unchecked, it doesn’t fix itself. Eventually, it takes you somewhere you never intended to go.

Life can feel the same way.

If you’ve found yourself on a path that feels bumpy, unsettled, or more stressful than it should be, it may be time to pause and check in.

What might shift if you made a few small adjustments to get back on track?

One of my clients came to me feeling exactly like that out-of-alignment car.

Her work drained her, her personal life felt strained, and she had lost sight of how to care for herself.

She didn’t need a dramatic overhaul. She needed clarity about what mattered most—and support making intentional changes.

Today, she navigates challenges with more confidence, steadiness, and calm.

Realignment doesn’t always mean changing jobs or reinventing your life.

Often, it’s a few thoughtful shifts that restore direction and flow.

If you’ve been feeling “off,” it may be worth asking:

✨ What would it look like to get back into alignment?

I invite you to talk with me to a complimentary no-pressure, no-judgement clarity call. Schedule here!
