😱 I thought I would die.

That sounds dramatic—but that's exactly how it felt.

Dangling upside down from a zipline platform, feet strapped in, heart pounding out of my chest…

…I was convinced this might be it.

My fear had taken over—nausea, dizziness, a tight chest.

The more I resisted, the worse it got.

The more I imagined catastrophe, the more powerless I felt.

There was no turning back.

Only one way forward: complete surrender—mind, body, and spirit.

I had to trust the harness.

Trust the people guiding me.

Trust God.

And then—they pushed me.

Flying above the tree canopy, arms dangling, I did the only things I could:

I screamed.

I prayed.

And 60 seconds later…I landed.

Safe. Strong. Exhilarated. Empowered.

Here's the thing: the fear didn't leave before I jumped.

It released because I did.

What about you?

What's the fear that's been gripping you lately?

The conversation you're afraid to start?

The business you're scared to launch?

The “what if” that steals your energy and keeps you stuck?

Fear is natural. But staying there? That's a choice.

When you're ready to move forward, freedom is on the other side.

✨ I believe in you.

✨You are capable of overcoming the fear that's holding you back.

✨You are worthy of landing on the platform of what you really want.

What are you fearing?
