⏰ The REAL Reason You're Always Out Of Time.

I used to pack my days so full that I lived in a constant state of tension—anxious, depleted, and feeling like I was always behind. My sister used to tell me I try to fit 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound bag.

Many of us, especially women, tie our worth to how much we accomplish. But what if that pace is hurting us? What if it was never meant for us in the first place?

Rick Warren has the answer in The Purpose Driven Life:

“It's impossible to do everything people want you to do.

You have just enough time to do God's will.

If you can't get it all done, you're doing more than God intended for you.”

So often we treat our schedules like a test of worthiness—saying yes when we're drained, carrying expectations that were never ours to hold.

But running out of time is rarely a time issue. It's an alignment issue.

When you're working in your purpose, passions and values, there's clarity and space.

Outside of that, there's overwhelm, resentment, and exhaustion.

A few grounding questions to reset your pace:

❓What am I doing out of obligation instead of intention?

❓Where am I saying “yes” when God is saying “no”?

❓What genuinely matters in this season—and what can fall away?

You don't need more hours in the day. You need alignment.

When you get that right, everything feels lighter.
