When this picture resurfaced, it took my breath away. It was 6 years ago.Ā
Six years ago:Ā
š® George was half the age he is now.Ā
š¶ Rooās naughty life was just beginning.
š And me? I was deep in corporate lifeāno plans to change careers, let alone become an entrepreneur.
And yet⦠here we are.
So much can change in what feels like a blink.
If you're in a season of uncertainty, especially after a career or life transition, it might feel like time is standing still. Like youāre stuck in a loopādoing so many things, waiting to feel better and for something to finally change.
I get it. I've been there.
But hereās what I know to be true:
š± Most change doesnāt feel transformational while itās happening.
š¹ And most growth starts with discomfort, not clarity.
This season may not make perfect sense yetābut neither did mine, until I looked back on it with perspective.
So let me ask you this:
š Who are you being in this season?
Ā ā Are you frantic, fearful, hustling to get āthereā?
Ā āOr are you presentāchoosing to learn, to slow down, to reconnect with who and what matters most?
š Challenge:
Ā Decide now to Pivot with Purpose and Intentionality.Ā
Ā Journal this prompt:
Ā āYears from now, how do I want to describe who I was being during this season of my life?ā
Ā Then read your response every morning as your anchor.
Ā Your presentāand futureāself will thank you.Ā
