🤔 Stuck in a cycle of self-doubt? Here's how to rebuild confidence.


I talk with a lot of people who's self-confidence is low for a variety of reasons: working in a toxic culture, receiving negative feedback, losing a job, struggling to find a new job or constantly comparing themselves to others who seem to have it all together (spoiler: they don't!).


Are you one of these people?


These experiences not only leave you questioning yourself; they also can affect relationships, performance at work, and your ability to pursue your goals.


It's time to put a stop to this and reclaim your self-confidence! 


The good news is you are not alone, and there's a way to break free!


Here’s a powerful exercise to boost your self-confidence:


1. Take out a journal or piece of paper.


2. Write down 10 contributions you've made in your work, no matter how small. Be as detailed as possible. If you find it easy to reach 10, keep going! Aim for 5-10 more.


3. Take a deep breath and read your list, soaking in each achievement. Notice how it makes you feel. Do you feel more confident in your capabilities? Are you inspired to take on new challenges?


This exercise is a reminder of the unique value you bring to the world!


The world needs your unique gifts and talents. But your primitive brain tries to hold you back by finding all the reasons you're not worthy.


That's why I recommend regularly seeking evidence of your value through your wins and contributions. That's how you'll build your confidence and forge ahead!
